· Had a great experience staying here over the course of 1 night. Philip the owner of the hotel, was extremely helpful helping us book different trips throughout North Vietnam. He's makes the phone calls and recommends what to do if you are not sure. He booked a Ha Long bay trip which turned out to be great. The rooms are clean and tidy. Minibar with different drinks to purchase. Flat screen TV and AC. Bathrooms are clean and basic toiletries included. They have an electric kettle in the room. Location in the middle of the old quarter of the city. Walking distance everywhere.

We really loved our stay here! Philip was so welcoming from the start and thoroughly helped us book our Halong Bay tour (even with us torturing her with a million questions). We were able to leave our backpacks there no problem and stayed one more night when we arrived back in Hanoi. he also let us have late check out on our last day as we had a late evening flight. Perfect location but also quiet, would stay here again. Lovely hospitality!

I understood that this hotel was still quite new at the time, but the pool was up and running! Great for a quick dip to cool off. The staff were really great, with one who jumped up to open the door for you every time you came or went. All the action is just around the corner, so great location. It was also very quiet in the room at night.

Amazing friendly staff, so helpful, gave us an upgrade to the honeymoon suite with window and balcony! Recently taken over by a new owner - still in the early days… location perfect to explore hanoi and the old quarter

I liked the attitude of the staff. We were gladly welcomed by receptionist. The room was nicely equipped with all necessary things. Location of the hotel is also good. Very cosy and convenient bathroom.
